Dear mom,
The worst thing about the military is the living conditions. We barely can get cleaned up in any type of way. We don't get washed up or brush our teeth that often. We do not get to sleep in comfortable beds like at home. We have to sleep outside on the groud in little tents that can protect u from nothing.Sometimes we are bunched in these little tents together making it more uncomfortable than it already is. The most uncomfortabeway is when we dig out trences and sleep there where it is very dirty and we are sleeping on rocks which do not feel good at all.
I know when I get home you are going to tell me how I did a lot of complaining for a person that volunteered for the military. I had no choice. You know my father, grand father, great grand father, and my great great grand father all fought in war and I wasn't goin to be the one to stop that chain. It also feels alot better volunteering for the military rather than being forced. Nobody wants to be forced to do anything.
